Roadside recovery is for vehicles that left the pavement but are still reachable with our truck: a shallow ditch, a snowbank along the shoulder, soft ground next to the road.
We need a pin and photos before we quote. Distance from pavement, mud versus packed snow, and whether another vehicle can get past us all change the job.
If it is a trail, deep mud, or a forest road our flatbed cannot safely reach, we refer it or decline. We will tell you that up front instead of rolling and billing a dead trip.

What changes a recovery estimate
A vehicle sitting level beside the pavement is not the same recovery as one nose-down below the shoulder. Snow depth, slope, distance from firm road, damaged steering, locked wheels, and the direction the vehicle must travel all affect rigging and time. Photos from several angles let us review those factors before the truck moves.
Send a GPS pin or highway mile marker, travel direction, vehicle year and model, whether anyone is inside, and whether traffic can pass safely. Do not stand in a travel lane to take photos. If the scene is unsafe or involves a collision, contact emergency services first.
Flatbed recovery limits
Our flatbed is suited to light roadside recovery where the truck can remain on a firm, maintained surface. Shallow ditches, plow berms, snow close to the shoulder, and soft ground beside a road may qualify after review.
Deep mud, remote trails, forest roads without turnaround room, and vehicles far below road grade can require different equipment. We may refer those calls to a trusted recovery partner rather than dispatch a truck that cannot complete the job safely.

Send the vehicle from the front, rear, and road side, plus one wider photo showing the shoulder, slope, snow or mud, and where the flatbed could stop.
Can you recover a vehicle far down a trail?
Not with the flatbed when the trail is deep, muddy, narrow, or lacks safe access. Those jobs may be referred to a trusted partner with suitable recovery equipment.
