Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are online bookings automatically confirmed?

No. Every online request creates an intake record. We confirm availability, routing, and pricing by text or phone before a truck is dispatched.

How does estimate-based pricing work?

The website shows standard pickup fees, per-mile rates, flat routes, and recovery time charges. Your final price depends on actual route, access, conditions, and service complexity.

Can you recover vehicles far offroad?

Some offroad or inaccessible recoveries may be fulfilled by trusted recovery partners. Deep mud, forest roads, and locations unsafe for our flatbed are referred or declined.

Can I send photos or videos?

Yes. Upload up to five photos and one video with your request, or send media by text after submitting. Photos help us quote recovery and access jobs accurately.

Do you transport motorcycles and ATVs?

Yes. Motorcycles and ATV/SXS units are secured on our flatbed. Include vehicle type and any loading notes in your booking request.

Do you deliver used sheds?

Yes, if the shed is in good condition and can be loaded, transported, and placed safely. Final approval depends on dimensions, access, loading method, weight distribution, and route safety.

Do you provide tire changes?

No. Tire changes are not offered. We can tow your vehicle if roadside tire service is not available.

What happens if my vehicle does not start after a jump-start request?

A successful engine start is not guaranteed. The dispatch fee may still apply. Battery or electrical issues beyond a simple jump may require towing instead.
